Select a card and choose to develop that
mind-set as you go about your day. Or
use the cards to tackle difficult team
issues by selecting a card and using the
concept within to address the problem.
Teams: Use the Collaboration
Cards to facilitate communication.
At lunch, work through each card asking:
“How are we doing on this muscle?"
and “How can we develop more of this
in our team?”. Then ask each team
member to select one muscle they think
the team needs to work on and discuss
together.
